What you’ll do
- You support the WOW Product & Content Team, which is responsible for the implementation of the product experience and content merchandising
- No day is the same – you'll implement fiction & sports merchandising concepts in the WOW Apps and on partner platforms by continuously improving the editorial setup via our CMS system
- You test new product features and merchandising concepts in the WOW Apps and help the team to improve the customer experience
- As a communicative interface, you'll be in close contact with our content operations team to optimise images and metadata
- You assist the product managers to analyse social and app store feedback in order to derive and prioritise product improvements
- Above all, creating dashboards, analyses, insights and decision templates to manage and optimise content performance is part of your daily business
- You're in close, cross-functional exchange with local content and business teams, as well as other stakeholders within the Sky Group, especially with content & merchandising and product teams of the other Sky OTT markets
What you’ll bring
- You're enrolled in a degree programme in the field of (Digital) Media, Business Administration, Marketing or Journalism and have an absolute passion for streaming and content
- Ideally, you've already gained some experience in working with content management systems
- In addition to your good understanding of customer experience in the content/streaming area, you're particularly distinguished by your strong analytical and conceptual skills
- You've a high affinity for digital products, innovative entertainment offers and the technologies used for them
- Your strengths include a strong sense of diligence, a high degree of initiative and teamwork and communication skills
- A good knowledge of English and German at native speaker level round off your profile
