We're looking for you to join the Web/App Management Team starting in Spring 2024
What you’ll do
- In your role as a working student, you'll support the team in the optimisation and further development of our digital journeys on Sky.de (new customers, existing customers, content and service area of Sky.de and the service app „My Sky“)
- You'll be actively involved in the analysis of purchasing and user behaviour based on data from a wide range of sources – in particular for the derivation of recommendations for action to optimise the website
- You coordinate optimisation and development initiatives as well as requirements for digital journeys in consultation with the people responsible for the journey
- You enjoy working with different departments and interfaces and contributing to digital projects in the areas of experimentation, SEO, data, personalisation and digital contact
- You want to expand your knowledge of agile working methods and tools (JIRA, Confluence) and work together with project teams in an interdisciplinary way
What you’ll bring
- You're currently enrolled in a degree program and may have gained some work experience in the areas of web / app management or digital journeys, as well as experience in driving performance improvements and transformation in terms of quality & optimisation
- You enjoy operational processes and have good analytical and communication skills as well as a passion for digital projects
- In addition to a confident attitude and a structured way of working, you're a great teammate with a hands-on mentality
- You describe yourself as a flexible organisational talent and you want to develop your experience in working with a broader group platform team
- You describe your communication style as clear and structured and your German and English skills as good
