We're looking for you to join our Talent Acquistion team
What you’ll do
- In applicant management for various types of employment, you'll actively participate in the coordination of interviews
- You'll be fully responsible for the coordination and organization of the recruiting mailbox
- You can give free rein to your creativity when creating job advertisements and select suitable online channels
- As a communicative interface, you'll be the first point of contact for applicants and external service providers for questions relating to recruiting or employer branding
- You can also take on your own projects, such as expanding the network of interns and working students
- If possible, accompany us to recruiting events (e.g. trade fairs or campus marketing activities) – here you can score points with your communicative style
- With the help of your creative ideas and organizational skills, you'll be involved in the creation and implementation of social media activities and campaigns, as well as in the maintenance of our careers page and support a wide range of projects
- You support our team in conceptual and strategic personnel marketing
What you’ll bring
- You're currently enrolled in a study program in economics or humanities with a focus on human resources, marketing, communication or similar and ideally already have some practical experience in the field of human resources
- In addition to your high willingness to learn and perform, you're characterized by your strong communication skills and your self-confident appearance
- Thanks to your strong organizational and planning skills, you're able to maintain an overview despite high demands
- Independent, proactive work is no challenge for you
- You enjoy working with social media platforms such as LinkedIn or Kununu
- Very good MS Office & Outlook skills are a matter of course for you
- Good German and English skills round off your profile
