What you’ll do
- You define and implement the social media strategy around our content highlights, with a view to our target group and aligned with our defined business unit goals
- In addition to handling agencies and being responsible for active platform and community management, you'll be responsible for reporting on the most important KPIs, trends and driven developments, including the derivation of findings and recommendations for action
- In your role you'll define KPIs and track, analyze and report the performance of our channels
- You'll be responsible for the ongoing optimization of the channel strategy – especially the expansion of Instagram, TikTok & YouTube and the content strategy for the respective channels
- You'll seek tasks ranging from the conception of the editorial plan to the development of creative ideas for editorial posts, videos & stories related to our entertainment offering
- You make a key contribution to the strategic development and implementation of high-reach influencer campaigns and confident talent handling
- As a communicative you'll work with all relevant internal departments and collaborators (in DE and on group level especially in UK) you ensure that messaging and approaches are aligned and achieve maximum impact
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree in Communications, Media studies or Marketing and at least 5-6 years of professional experience and know-how in a similar role in Social Media – ideally also in influencer marketing
- Through your professional experience, you've been able to acquire Social Media know-how and best-practice knowledge on a strategic and operational level and are passionate about following current trends and developments
- You've strong analytical and conceptual skills and experience in communicating strategies and reports
- You've a good sense for the appropriate creation and writing of social media content and always have the adherence to the brand tonality in mind
- Above all, your independence and visibility and your good presentation skills are among your strengths
- You describe yourself as a standout colleague with an excellent passion for entertainment, series and movies in particular
- Good written and spoken German as well as good English round off your profile
