What you’ll do
- You'll work on the comprehensive & effective development of the commercial customer lifecycle of our Sports WOW (Sky OTT) customers
- Your tasks include the implementation & further development of an efficient contact strategy based on customer segment, products & behavior
- In addition, you'll lead all aspects of the implementation of a successful business strategy for the customer base and work on processes to develop a long-term customer relationship
- Furthermore, it'll be on you to continuously analyze campaign performance in terms of relevant KPIs and derive strategic recommendations for action & forecasts from them
- Moreover, you'll be responsible for the cross-functional OTT projects as you act as an interface to internal partners such as legal, finance, marketing, product management and business intelligence
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree with a business focus and have been working in a similar position for at least 5-6 years
- You'll bring a strong understanding of the communication approach in the digital entertainment or eCommerce environment as well as in-depth knowledge of digital customer relationship management
- Ideally, you could already gain experience in project management
- You'd describe your way of working as creative, independent & structured as well as solution- & goal-oriented, with a distinct hands-on mentality
- Above all, your very good communication & presentation skills are among your strengths
- Very good German skills as well as good English skills complete your profile
