What you’ll do
- Your tasks include the creation and implementation of concepts and processes within strategic and physical security in line with the Sky Group
- You act as the central contact person for operational & strategic physical security topics of Sky DACH and are the interface to the Sky Group security department as well as the Sky emergency manager
- Your responsibility is to ensure compliance with all necessary processes around physical security (buildings, critical infrastructure) and thereby you are the contact person for external security service providers and security authorities
- You'll also be in charge for ensuring a continuous improvement process with regard to all security-relevant aspects, taking into account the current security situation – this includes the preparation of risk analyses, the identification of weaknesses and the development of solutions and alternatives
- You'll take care of the operational management of a travel risk intelligence system and for the preparation and execution of travel briefings to high-risk countries
- You act as an operational blocking point in critical & security emergencies to support the EOD / Senior Management in Sky DACH
- You support the team within the Business Operations team together with Property Services and Health & Safety on topics such as fire safety, health management and occupational health and safety
What you’ll bring
- You've at least 2-4 years of operational experience in corporate and site security, physical security and surveillance, emergency/crisis and incident management, event and travel security, and service provider management
- In addition, you'll bring experience in project management, creating & implementing security concepts in industry, and dealing with security authorities and agencies
- A sound knowledge of relevant standards, regulations and guidelines distinguishes you
- Communication on different levels and the communication of complex issues are a matter of course for you – at the same time organizational and assertiveness skills as well as an analytical and strategic mindset characterize you
- A positive appearance and appearance sets you apart
- You can set priorities and describe yourself as a multitasker, team player, flexible and able to work under pressure.
- You've a class 3 driver's license and are willing to travel within the DACH region
- Good written and spoken German and English round off your profile
