We're looking for you to join the Customer Experience & Business Trials Team as soon as possible
What you’ll do
- Your task is to support the execution of customer experience projects and product tests (so-called business trials)
- You'll gain valuable insights into how we at Sky continuously optimize our customer journeys and products for the benefit of the customer
- You'll help us with recruitment, briefing, execution and follow-up of our business trials
- You enjoy designing process and product optimizations and want to learn how to implement them efficiently and sustainably in an agile development process
- You support the support and optimization of our trials community and conduct satisfaction surveys
- You act as an interface between the market research department and the teams in the agile product development process
What you’ll bring
- You're enrolled in a degree program in economics, media management, business informatics or a comparable degree program
- (ideally Bachelor from the 3rd semester)
- You describe your way of working as structured and independent, furthermore you possess a very
- customer-oriented way of thinking
- You've a certain technical affinity and like to work cross-functionally with different business and IT teams
- You've good MS-Office skills, especially Power Point and Excel
- Good English skills complete your profile
