We're looking for you to join the Sky Sports Ingest & Archive Team
What you’ll do
- Your tasks are the operational and planning activities in the area of content management
- You'll support material coordination, ingest and archiving of Sky Sport content as well as the organization, monitoring and ingest of baseband signals
- Particularly the ingest of camera and video file formats and the outgest and provision of files for internal and external use is part of your daily business
- In addition to entering and maintaining metadata in the central MAM / PAM system, you'll take care for the technical review of incoming material using all standard software and hardware tools
- You'll be involved in editing of content with linear and non-linear editing systems
- You'll be responsible for workflow management and process optimization
What you’ll bring
- You've completed vocational training, a degree in the relevant field or comparable professional experience
- Initial experience in broadcasting, especially with MAM, CMS and EVS systems as well as with NLE editing systems such as Avid or Adobe, is an advantage
- You're able to work under pressure and are highly committed and flexible, as well as willing to work shifts and weekends
- You'd describe yourself as reliable and very communicative and team-oriented and your way of working is very structured
- Especially your high self-motivation, your sense of responsibility and your affinity for sports are among your strengths
- Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
