We're looking for you to join the Retention Campaigns Team

What you’ll do
- You're responsible for the forecast of call volumes for value, retention & winback in coordination with the relevant interfaces such as Customer Service and Finance
- Your task is the planning of the inbound, outbound and chat call volume based on the monthly campaign planning
- You'll be responsible for the creation of campaign briefings for Customer Service and the call center agencies
- You're responsible for the performance tracking of the inbound, outbound and chat channels and the derivation of appropriate improvement measures, including the preparation of presentations that can be used by the management for decision making
- As a communicative interface, you're in constant exchange with our call center agencies to better understand the needs of the customers and to derive optimization measures that improve the customer experience and support us in achieving our churn targets
- In your role you'll support the campaign managers in the implementation of the campaigns to be able to take over the representation in case of absences
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree with a business orientation and at least 5-6 years of practical experience in CRM & LifeCycle Marketing
- You've very good operational skills in campaign management and a confident manner in presentations
- You describe yourself as a communicative teammate and your way of working as problem-solving, diligent, self-reliant & proactive
- In addition to problem solving skills, you¿re enthusiastic about television, sports and entertainment and have a passion for working in an international team
- MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, are among your strengths
- Very good German and good English skills complete your profile
