What you’ll do
- You'll work on the further development and enhancement of our new digital customer engagement platform where you're also responsible for the design of high-performance application architectures for complex systems
- You'll develop and implement innovative (cloud-based) solutions and strategies
- You'll orchestrate cloud services and cloud infrastructure and provide automated processes as the basis for the operation of applications (IaaS/PaaS)
- You use common toolsets of the cloud providers (AWS, GCP, OpenStack, VMWare, …) and create network architectures with corresponding connections in and from the cloud (BGP, direct connect, peering)
- You provide cross-functional support to teams for ad-hoc requests on cloud (enablement) topics
- In addition, you'll support topics around the IT infrastructure for e.g. hosting, monitoring and deployment
What you’ll bring
- You've successfully completed a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Mathematics/Physics, or a comparable qualification and have at least 5-6 years of professional experience in the areas of infrastructure/ IT-security / Cloud / Web / OTT / CRM
- Profound experience in operating public cloud environments, ideally GCP or also other platforms such as AWS or Azure distinguishes you
- You've achieved a professional certification as a Google Cloud Architect (m/f/d) or equivalent for AWS
- You'll bring hands-on experience in designing cloud-native services and you're familiar with networking, VM, Kubernetes, DNS, and SSL Certificate Management as well as with tools like Jira and Confluence
- You describe yourself as resilient and assertive and a high sense of responsibility, self-motivation, and team spirit sets you apart
- Good English skills are a matter of course for you and working in an international environment inspires you
