What you’ll do
- You develop important architecture principles for our Sky products across countries and ensure that the architecture is innovative and implementable
- You support the definition and implementation of relevant CRM end-to-end processes from the client to the CRM system (Siebel/Salesforce) as well as their integration into the existing system landscape
- As an interface between the business departments, specialists (SMEs) and other stakeholders you'll act in an agile project environment
- As SME for Sky's product portfolio, you¿ll provide insights to other colleagues from an E2E perspective and support them with their concerns
- You'll also assist in assessing the impact of changes on existing platforms, systems and processes
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree in technical engineering, media technology, computer science or similar fields or have equivalent practical experience.
- You've at least 5-6 years of professional experience in solution architecture, E2E integration, technical consulting or similar areas
- You've in-depth knowledge of E2E data flows, REST APIs or JSON and basic knowledge of JavaScript or another scripting language round off your profile
- Building relationships is easy for you and you have good interpersonal skills
- You're open, flexible and pragmatic without compromising the quality of the solution
- Good English skills are a matter of course for you
