What you’ll do
- You'll be responsible for gathering information and analyzing data to help the I&I team better understand the German Piracy Landscape, prioritize investigative targets, and identify connections or supply chains of different services
- Acting as a communications interface, you¿ll work closely with other departments and companies in the group to identify new threats to the business and develop effective countermeasures
- Maintaining and building relationships with law enforcement agencies responsible for piracy (relationship management), including handling requests for information from law enforcement agencies related to piracy, filing criminal charges against piracy users, and coordinating claims for damages based on our successful criminal cases, are part of your daily business
- Your tasks also include maintaining, analyzing and monitoring the quality of our anti-piracy case management system
- You'll also be responsible for creating and delivering general and specific training & education materials for law enforcement agencies
- In your role you¿ll support and coordinate local and group-wide projects to optimize our relationship management & intelligence processes/measures in all markets
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree in business, law, communications or equivalent and at least 2-4 years of relevant work experience in the public or private sector – law enforcement experience is a plus
- You'll bring a high level of self-motivation and a comprehensive understanding of Sky's products, services and distribution channels as well as the German piracy landscape and the types and modus operandi of pirates in order to anticipate future developments and their impact on Sky's business
- Your ability to work both independently and in a multidisciplinary team, as well as your strong analytical and questioning mindset and your diligent and methodical way of working will set you apart from others
- Good communication skills and the ability to communicate complex technical issues orally and in writing to an audience without specialist knowledge are among your strengths
- Personal integrity, strict commitment to confidentiality and professionalism are a matter of course for you
- Good English and German language skills at native level complete your profile
