We're looking for you to join our Learning & Coordination Team limited to 2 years
What you’ll do
- In particular, planning, organizing, handling and following up on all administrative activities related to training, events and onboarding (e.g. consulting, appointment & participant management, invoicing, budget processes) is part of your daily business
- In your role you'll be responsible for the administration of IT-based HR systems (e.g. SAP Ariba, Intranet, Cornerstone, EdCast)
- Your daily work consists of the creation and preparation of reports as well as the independent management of external service providers
- You¿re responsible for the close and independent agreement with internal and external interfaces
- You make a central contribution to the cooperation in projects as required
What you’ll bring
- You've a university degree in the field of Business Administration, Business Psychology, or a comparable education
- You've very good MS Office skills and experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
- You describe yourself as responsible, communicative, self-initiated and hard-working and your way of working as careful, detailed and performance oriented. Your keen perception, analytical skills and sound judgement set you apart from others
- Above all, you're characterized by your hands-on mentality and your ability to work in a team
- Good German and English skills round off your profile
