We're looking for you to join the Business Requirements Team limited for 2 years
What you’ll do
- Your task is to support a product and/or a technical solution in the lifecycle of Sky customers
- You'll take new requirements from the relevant product managers and/or relevant business units, further specify them with all agile roles involved and break them down into user stories in your Scrum team
- In doing so, you bring your technical expertise to the table and at the same time are able to communicate the customer's point of view and relevant business metrics to your team
- In the continuous product development chain, you prioritize your backlog, feel responsible for delivery & quality management as well as product usage
- You act as an interface to the business unit, e.g. by show-casing in demos and actively transferring the completed development to the business unit's operational business
- You act as a product owner for the „Churn“ team and thus take care of a commercially central topic „retention in frontend and backend“
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree and at least 5-6 years of professional experience in a Business Requirements environment such as Processes, Product Management, IT or a Sky department with regular IT system assignments
- You act as an interface to diverse intercultural stakeholders and work closely with them
- Your forward thinking to efficiently plan your product roadmap in coordination with your client and your simultaneous willingness to pragmatically solve small operational issues set you apart from others
- Your good problem-solving skills and a quick understanding of complex processes as well as your commitment & initiative distinguish you from others
- You've experience with agile tools in digital collaboration (Jira / Confluence) as well as good knowledge in MS-Office
- Good English skills and a passion for intercultural collaboration complete your profile
