We're looking for you to join the Customer Engagement Team

What you’ll do
You'll work on the comprehensive & effective development of the commercial customer lifecycle of our Fiction WOW customers, from onboarding to win-back, using 4 different communication channels: email, web, push notifications and in-product notifications
Most importantly, the implementation & evolution of an efficient contact strategy based on customer segment, historical behavior, product character and content momentum are part of your daily business
Your task is to work on the fictional customer campaigns E2E, from conception to implementation and regular communication with creative agencies and copywriters
In addition, you'll constantly deal with the use of the new possibilities of the CRM tools and the implementation of the standard processes of the Sky Group as well as other players in the OTT market.
The continuous analysis of the campaign performance in terms of relevant KPIs and leading strategic recommendations for future campaigns is also part of your tasks
In your role, you'll be responsible for the cross-functional alignment of customer communications across the wider OTT team and act as a work with internal partners such as Legal, Finance, Marketing, Product & Merchandising and Operations
What you’ll bring
You've a university degree with a focus on Business/Marketing and at least 2-4 years of work experience in a similar field
You've a solid understanding of the communication approach in the digital entertainment or eCommerce environment as well as good knowledge in digital customer relationship management
Experience in project management and with CRM platforms (e.g. Braze, Emarsys) is a plus
You describe yourself as creative, independent & structured and your way of working as solution- & goal-oriented with a strong hands-on mentality.
Above all, your good communication & presentation skills are among your strengths
Good German as well as English language skills complete your profile
