What you’ll do
- You take responsibility within the self-organized IT Sales and Services team
- Your task is the modeling of solutions, application architectures and data models based on functional and non-functional requirements, which you will discuss continuously with your product owner
- Crafting the implementation concepts and describing the technical tasks for the team is part of your daily business
- As a solution architect (m/f/d), you'll work closely with the developers in your team to craft, tailor and deliver the best possible solutions for our requirements
- The whole team approaches you as a central contact person (m/f/d) to clarify technical inquiries, to craft and understand solutions and to improve them continuously
- You'll regularly coordinate with domain architects to understand the overall strategic direction and apply it accordingly
- In addition, you're also the technical consultant (m/f/d) for other solution architects and product owners to craft interfaces to other system components effectively and efficiently
- You're responsible for the design and improvement to establish the complete CICD in salesforce ecosystem matching Microservice and web component
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree in Computer Science or related fields and have several years of IT expertise, ideally in the areas of Salesforce, Vlocity, CRM and in the telecommunications and media industry
- Deep knowledge of the native Salesforce features and functionalities and a real knack for crafting solid, scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform distinguishes you
- You've proven experience with the Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud and can demonstrate this through your knowledge of application design, architecture and development with salesforce.com, certifications are preferred
- You've strong understanding of the Webchat and experience builder for the front-end development
- You¿ve a strong understanding of the Salesforce DevOps Process and in designing the CICD Pipeline with SFDX
- You understand how to develop and deploy custom business logic and flexible interfaces using the features of the Lightning platform
- After being in the industry for a while, you can demonstrate your skills and knowledge in designing, building, and deploying applications using the power of the Salesforce platform
- You can encourage your colleagues and you describe yourself as self-motivated, innovation-oriented and analytically skilled
- Good English language skills are a matter of course for you
