We're looking for you to join the Strategic Insight Team
What you’ll do
In particular, the development of analyses and models for the optimization of target group strategies, product offers, content portfolios, brand value, marketing and media efficiency, customer retention as well as price and offer strategies are part of your daily business.
You'll be responsible for conducting in-depth secondary analysis of existing data, preparing briefings for market research projects and comprehensive analyses of competitor strategies and products.
You'll connect information from diverse sources to construct innovative and actionable insights and derive recommended actions to drive demand for Sky products and retain existing customers
As a communicative interface, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams and participate in strategic insight projects in collaboration with Insights & Analytics teams and business units
You'll act as the primary contact for Consumer Group partners within a specific focus in Strategic Insights (e.g. Comms & Media or Competitor Intelligence)
What you’ll bring
You hold a university degree in Economics, Media Science or a related field with several years of professional experience in particular in a subscription business, the (Pay-) TV sector or management consulting
Through your work experience you acquired knowledge and experience in project management, ideally in a fast-paced and constantly evolving work environment
You're an expert in Excel and Powerpoint, capable of conveying complex concepts in a clear and concise manner. Proficiency in Tableau and SPSS is a plus
You describe yourself as communicative with a collaborative mindset and a strategic, structured approach to work
Your extensive knowledge of statistical and market research methods and their application in the context of marketing and business strategy sets you apart from others
Good German and English skills complete your profile
