What you’ll do
- In your role, you'll support various stakeholders and teams in understanding the capabilities of Vlocity's offerings for the communications/media cloud industry and guide team members on technical implementation aspects
- You'll work closely with various stakeholders to elicit requirements for Vlocity CPQ/EPC, design, define and refine solutions
- Through your experience with Vlocity and components such as LWC, OmniScripts, Data Raptors, Vlocity Cards, and Vlocity Product Console, you¿ll bring a good understanding of business requirements and solution development
- Migrating to Salesforce Industry Standard Digitial Commerce
- Your role is to support existing and future sales activities
- You'll bring in-depth knowledge of Vlocity product features and Media Clous specific business processes, data requirements and technical complexities
- Most importantly, establishing and advancing development standard processes within the Salesforce/Vlocity platform and enablement culture in collaboration with other leaders in the field will be part of your daily business
- You can give by defining, evolving & continuously optimizing the deployment processes and defining the CI/CD pipeline for the Scrum teams using SFDX and Jenkins
What you’ll bring
- You've several years of experience as a Vlocity CPQ Solution and Technical Architect as well as experience with Vlocity components such as DC APIs, Cach Warmup, Product Catalog Configuration, Integration Procedures, OmniScripts, Data Raptors.
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, Platform Events, Salesforce APIs.
- Experience with Salesforce declarative features, such as Flows, Validation Rules, Security Key Managements, Monitoring Of Async Operations.
- In-depth understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and user management.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile/Scrum.
- Above all, your solid understanding of Salesforce/Vlocity architecture, environment management, release management, version control, and deployment methodologies sets you apart
- You're an authority in end-to-end implementations, integrations, and improvement projects, as well as in delivering total solution architectures for CRM applications.
- Your work experience has allowed you to acquire the development of solution structures for the Vlocity Enterprise Catalogue, knowledge of OOTB functionality and the ability to guide developers between configuration and coding.
- You've a good understanding of Vlocity-specific custom objects and Communication/Media Cloud-specific platform processes, and in the development and scope of Salesforce Lightning web components
- In addition to your ability to successfully communicate sophisticated ideas, problems, concepts, and solutions to customers and senior project partners, you excel at working on large Salesforce implementations, especially those with multi-million customer records
- You describe yourself as independent, and open to learning new skills and technologies
- Good communication skills, which you also use when writing texts, are one of your strengths
