We're looking for you to join the Retention Campaigns team limited for 18 months
What you’ll do
- You're responsible for the development and implementation of retention campaigns for existing customers, taking into account all available communication channels
- Your task is to plan, implement and control various marketing measures across all relevant sales channels (e.g. emailing, web, inbound)
- You'll take care of specific target groups, define customer journeys, and optimize their Sky experience through suitable product offers
- You're responsible for the campaign monitoring and derive optimization measures
- You enjoy further developing the contact strategy and customer segmentation
What you’ll bring
- Yo've successfully completed your studies in Media Management, Business Administration, Economics or similar and have practical experience in Campaign Management and Direct Marketing
- Thanks to your creativity, it¿s easy for you to develop new marketing measures
- You describe yourself as a communicative team player and your way of working as detailed, independent and proactive
- In addition to analytical skills, you are enthusiastic about television, sports and entertainment
- You can use MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel, in your sleep
- You like to be part of an international team and feel comfortable in English meetings as well
