We're looking for you to join the Property Services Team.
What you’ll do
- You support the planning, project management and management of conversion, expansion and new construction measures as well as the commissioning and management of external service providers
- You're responsible for the management of the service providers assigned to you in the property services environment
- You'll make a central contribution to the technical, commercial and administrative support of the Property Services Management Team
- In your role, you'll be in charge of creating project-specific purchase orders, reports & documentation and actively supporting projects
- You'll take care of creating, updating and independently documenting building plans in CAD
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree in the technical/commercial field or as an engineer in the field of construction/electrical engineering or comparable training – as well as at least 2-4 years of experience in a similar position
- Through your work experience, you've been able to acquire a broad understanding of processes and procedures related to workplace management
- You feel confident in communicating at all levels of the business
- You'll bring expertise in current relevant workplace safety policies – other knowledge and tools are a plus
- Above all, your strengths include implementation skills, perseverance and a strong „hands on“ mentality, as well as the ability to communicate complex, technical issues
- You like to work independently, conscientiously and solution-oriented
- Very good German & good English skills round off your profile
