We are looking for you to join the Customer Engagement team as
What you’ll do
- In your role, you'll take ownership for crafting aesthetically compelling experiences for our customers across multiple communication channels (email, push notifications, web, in-product notifications)
- You'll build, test, update and refine WOW communication design elements and be responsible for crafting and customizing layout templates to improve customer engagement
- You'll conceptualize campaign design ideas leveraging the ongoing content and cultural momentum (e.g. Barbenheimer, Emmy Awards, World Cup, Halloween etc.), while exploring our CRM tool capabilities
- Above all, continuous analysis of the performance of different design variants and deriving recommendations for future campaigns is part of your daily business
- Your tasks also include implementing design ideas using the drag & drop editor or the HTML editor
- You'll be a key contributor to the promotion and implementation of market best practices and standards
- As Senior Manager CX Design – CRM (m/f/d) you'll work closely with campaign managers to implement monthly campaigns and optimize channel and engagement KPIs, as well as with the marketing team and a creative agency to ensure a phenomenal customer experience in line with WOW brand guidelines
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree with a focus on Marketing/Graphic or Web design/Communications and at least 5 -6 years of professional experience as a Graphic Web Designer or similar.
- Your track record of designing campaigns that are both creative and engaging for clients, as well as successful in terms of relevant KPIs, will set you apart from others
- You've experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and CRM tools (e.g. Braze, Emarsys, Adobe) as well as HTML skills
- You describe yourself as creative, innovative and flexible and your way of working as independent, goal-oriented and structured.
- You've a strong hands-on mentality and a passion for series, movies and sports
- Your very good communication and presentation skills are among your strengths and your good English and German skills round off your profile.
