We're looking for you to join the Content Platforms Team
What you’ll do
- You'll regularly work on tasks for operations meetings: organizing, writing the logs, creating to-do lists and their tracking will be part of your job
- No day is the same – you'll support the incident and service request management with their tasks on a daily basis
- Creating documentations and updating them in MS Teams and Confluence is one of your responsibilities
- In addition, you¿ll conscientiously execute administrative tasks within the operational service
- You'll take over tasks around the daily user management in our applications
What you’ll bring
- You're studying computer science, business informatics, economics or are enrolled in a comparable study program
- Your interest in operations, preferably in the IT environment, sets you apart from others and you like having daily challenges
- You describe yourself as enthusiastic about innovative technologies in the media environment and your way of working as independently and responsibly
- In order to achieve the common goal, you can think outside the box, show team spirit and have good organizational skills
- Good written and spoken English skills are a matter of course for you and working in a dynamic and international environment inspires you
