What you’ll do
- You'll lead and coach a feature team on agile testing practices and principles while promoting a culture of quality throughout the development process
- Therefore, you'll develop, communicate, and execute the test strategy and test plans for your feature team and ensure alignment with the overall project goals and objectives
- Furthermore, you oversee the execution of test cases and report defects as well as monitor testing progress and ensure timely feedback to the team
- You're also responsible for fostering collaboration among team members, including developers, product owners, and business analysts, to ensure everyone understands the importance of testing in the agile development process
- You champion continuous improvement in testing processes, tools, and methodologies and implement best practices and stay updated on industry trends
- You'll identify, assess, and manage testing risks to prevent issues from escalating, ensuring the project remains on track
- Part of your responsibility is also developing and maintaining test metrics and reports to track and communicate the progress and quality of testing activities
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree in a relevant field of study (e.g. computer science, IT, business computer science) as well as at least 5 years of experience developing application security programs
- You've proven experience in a Test Management or leadership role, preferably in an agile development environment and expertise in test automation tools & frameworks
- You're proficient in test management tools and test and QA certifications are an advantage (e.g. ISTQB)
- You've a strong understanding of agile methodologies, including SAFe, Scrum, Kanban and/ or similar approaches
- Strong analytical skills as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills set you apart from others
- Good English skills complete your profile
