We're looking for you to join the Customer Value Team
What you’ll do
- In your role, you'll be responsible for marketing additional Sky products (e.g. Cinema package) to existing customers and growing customer lifetime value
- Planning, implementing and handling various marketing measures across all relevant sales channels is part of your daily business
- You're also responsible for campaign monitoring and the creation of business cases and cost calculations in order to initiate optimization measures
- You're responsible for supervising the performance of telesales and chat channels, deriving strategic recommendations for action and forecasts and presenting your results to middle management with confidence
- Developing contact strategy and customer segmentation is one of your passions – you drive your own ideas & projects forward
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree with a Business focus and at least 5-6 years of relevant professional experience in a Commercial or Strategic Environment of a company, agency or consultancy
- In addition to your problem solving skills, you are enthusiastic about television, sports & entertainment
- You drive your topics forward in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and keep a cool head even in stressful situations
- You describe yourself as a communicative team player and your way of working as problem-solving, independent & proactive
- You've a sound knowledge of all common MS Office products – especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Very good German and good English skills round off your profile
