What you’ll do
- You forecast the contact volume for inbound for the various contact channels (telephony, chat, e-mail, etc.)
- You develop and implement new forecasting models for the existing contact channels and optimise them on an ongoing basis
- You quickly recognise changes in the contact behaviour and adapt the forecast models accordingly
- Operationally, you manage the service centre capacities in close cooperation with key account management
- As a communicative interface between different areas, you ensure close cooperation
- In addition to identifying drivers for non-achievement of targets or deviations, you also develop improvement measures
- You play an active role in team projects
What you’ll bring
- You've a degree in mathematics, statistics or business administration or a similar qualification and at least 2-4 years of professional experience
- You'll bring experience in modelling complex situations and in creating forecasts
- Good knowledge of a programming language (Python or R) and SQL knowledge are desirable
- In addition to your excellent analytical and conceptual skills, a confident manner and very strong assertiveness distinguish you
- You describe yourself as an extremely self-motivated teammate with the willingness to deliver results of the highest quality
- Above all, a high sense of responsibility, personal commitment and good communication and presentation skills are among your strengths
- Good German and English skills round off your profile
