What you’ll do
- You evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify potential for improvement and develop and implement solutions for the end-2-end campaign and Sky Extra (Loyalty Program) process
- You're responsible for the analysis, translation and implementation of business requirements into functional and non-functional requirements and create application architectures and data models based on these requirements
- You'll work closely with application developers in the implementation of IT projects with focus on customers, stakeholders a future application and operations
- You'll also be responsible for planning, monitoring and controlling IT project delivery
- Proactive and solution-oriented management of risks and problems in the project environment are as much part of your tasks as the management of all service providers, the project budget, and the general project progress
What you’ll bring
- You've a university degree in business informatics, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related course of studies as well as at least 5-6 years experience in the IT environment with expertise in campaign management
- You've experience with various tools for modeling system architectures (e.g. with Visio)
- You enjoy creating implementation concepts based on the frameworks used, such as TOGAF, and you know how to map them to the existing IT system landscape
- You can analyze complex situations and develop and agree pragmatic solutions
- Ideally you already have IT project management experience and are familiar with MS Project, JIRA, Confluence and Sharepoint
