What you’ll do
You're responsible for forecasting the WOW customer retention metrics – such as Churn and returning customers – for the current & following quarter
You convert monthly KPIs into daily insights and create new forecasts every quarter
Close collaboration is important to us – you'll ensure this as part of the quarterly plans with the Trading, Commercial Strategy, Retention Marketing & Finance teams
As part of your role, you'll assess WOW's quarterly performance, prepare customized analyses, and derive key insights to support our assumptions for the upcoming quarter
Finally, you'll be responsible for answering complex business questions with the help of visualization software
What you’ll bring
You've a degree in Economics/Statistics, 5-6 years of experience in a similar role and extensive experience in forecasting or data analysis
Within the last few years you've gained experience with Excel and Tableau in particular
You're a proactive individual who is comfortable understanding analysis, hypotheses, methodologies, visualizations & coding and presenting these findings in a summarized manner
In addition to your strong communication skills, you also have the ability to convey complex messages to the leadership team in a concise manner
Part of your strengths is to think commercially & analytically as well as to create and present informative presentations
You've a strong interest in the streaming industry and a high level of enthusiasm for streaming content
Good English skills are a matter of course for you
